New Gourmet Sandwich Shop Offers Organic In-Office Catering (BizBash)

Sliced Gourmet opened in February, offering healthy grab-and-go sandwiches and in-office catering. A step up from traditional deli fare, Sliced serves made- from-scratch sandwiches like the Lobster B.L.T., Fig and Prosciutto, and Moroccan Lemon Chicken using local and organic ingredients. Breakfast items include the Hangover, an omelette sandwich with smoked bacon and house-made sausage, as well as steel-cut oatmeal and an organic yogurt parfait. House- made salads and soup from Ravi Soups are also available. Most items are priced around $10.

Sliced can accommodate groups of any size with notice, but for groups of fewer than 100, 24-hour notice is ample time. All sandwiches are available on gluten-free bread and cold sandwiches are recommended for larger groups. Complimentary delivery is available within the downtown core for orders over $50. Deliveries outside of the core are subject to a delivery charge.
